Though not expected from this price, the happy V5 has a solid built thanks to ABS material being used. Currently its just comes in a single black colour & for support, it has plastic support covered with the straps and a headband too. The plastic might bring some level of uneasiness.
On the side, we have a something new ,a Magnet ring. It uses your phone’s magnometer which is basically used for compass functions to control the volume and speed.
Using it is quite simple, just open the front of the headset , turn on your VR content and put the cover back in place with the smartphone. Sounds easy, right?. To help you adjust the views, it has 2 individual Pupil Adjustment buttons and has a adaptive 0-700 dioptre myopia.
You get a quite large Field of View i.e 90 degrees. You will still get optical lenses at this price.They help relieve eye fatigue ,deformity correction and reduces dizziness.The pads at the back aren’t that great but they do the job.
