The Taiwanese company ASUS released on Tuesday an image of what will be the Zenfone 6 and left everyone in doubt. This is because the image presented shows a smartphone with the total absence of borders on the screen, occupying almost 100% of the front of the device and without any notch or the famous notch, used in the previous version and other devices on the market.
This leads to another speculation: if there is nothing in front of the screen, where is the front camera of the Zenfone 6? One of the possibilities of ASUS is the adoption of the retractable camera, adopted by Samsung and other Asian mobile brands or the base of the device, as it is in the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, for example.

But judging by the leaked images on the internet and some interviews from ASUS Marketing Manager Marcel Campos, it is possible that the Zenfone 6 even has a retractable selfie camera with the use of the sliding screen.
Earlier, a new product from Asus appeared in the test under the number “ASUS_I01WD”. Then there was an assumption that this is Zenfone 6z, but it is quite likely that this is ZenFone 6. The smartphone scored in the test – 363,172 points. This figure currently puts the smartphone on the 4th place in the March list, moving down the Samsung Galaxy S10 series of smartphones.

Last month, the “leaker” evLeaks posted on their Twitter account a concept created by a Zenfone 5 designer. In it, both the selfie camera and the speaker were “hidden” behind the screen. ASUS marked the release date of its Zenfone 6 on May 16.
