Asus Zenfone 7 Appeared on Geekbench With Snapdragon 865


Asus Zenfone 7 may already be very close and arrive in the third quarter together with Rog Phone 3. The device, in fact, seems to have appeared on GeekBench, and this allows us to peek at some essential features.

The device is masked by the code “Asus ZF”, and under the body, it will mount the top range of Qualcomm, namely the Snapdragon 865 SoC, and 16GB of RAM. The ROG Phone 3 is also expected to have 16GB of RAM. Since we only see the basic clock speed of SoC. So it’s not clear if it’s the Snapdragon 865 or the Snapdragon 865 Plus. The device will run Android 10.

We can see, in single-core testing through Geekbench 5, the device was able to score 973 points. Meanwhile, in multi-core testing, the score achieved was 3346 points. It is very clear, this smartphone has a very proud performance.

We should expect a screen with a high refresh rate. But it is doubtful whether the company will keep the rotating camera or place a screen with a hole. Of course, we’ll find out more about the Asus Zenfone 7 (Asus ZF) in the coming weeks, as the phone is rumored to be announced by the end of the second quarter or an early third of 2020, so we’ll have to wait for it from July.
