After a long absence, today information about the return of Chinese Smartphone maker Coolpad has just been shared on its Weibo account. The new phone will be called the Coolpad Cool 20 and the expected date to launch is May 25.
Besides, Coolpad said that the new phone model will no longer use scratch-resistant plastic, but will use a more durable and premium glass design, maybe the frame material of the device will do by metal.
According to the image above, the Coolpad Cool 20 will have a MediaTek Helio G80 gaming chip, a dual camera with a 48MP main sensor. The image processing is supported by AI technology developed by ArcSoft – a well-known brand in the “photography software village”.
Additional images on Coolpad’s Weibo page show a glimpse of the front of the device. The product will also have a “waterdrop” screen design for the selfie camera position. Previously, Coolpad used pop-up camera technology and “mole” for its products.
The Coolpad Cool 20 phone will also come in three color options: blue, black, and white. According to initial information, the product will be sold on the JD channel, in addition, there is no detailed price.
