Are you ready to upgrade Minecraft PE 1.20 for Android? In a fresh pack of content, players are waiting for new blocks, mobs, biomes and much more. It is important to note that now only a small part of the update is known: details about other innovations will appear in the future.
Seven new skins
There is a replenishment in the family! In addition to the default Steve and Alex, players will now be able to try on the skins of Sani, Kai, McKenna, Zuri, Efe, Ari and Nur. Distinctive features are gender (male or female), texture, skin color and, suddenly, the thickness of the upper limbs, i.e. hands. Don’t want to bother with custom skins? Then maybe one of the 9 standard ones will suit you.
New biome: Cherry Grove
Cherry Grove is the newest forest biome, which, as a rule, is generated in the vicinity of meadow zones. Such groves are easily distinguished by Cherry trees with bright pink foliage. Bees, sheep and pigs can be found among the living creatures in the groves.
Camel
You can ride a camel, and not only in proud solitude, but also with one companion. The camel is a tall animal, and therefore zombies and cadavers cannot physically reach the rider. In addition to being tall, the camel boasts a jerk that helps it not only accelerate, but also jump over obstacles, such as crevices or rivers. To breed camels, you will need cacti.
Sniffer
The sniffer is the creation of the players themselves, which won the Minecraft Live 2022 vote. The sniffer’s feature is the search for ancient seeds (about them below), which players will need to grow some types of ornamental plants. Sniffers hatch from eggs that are in chests lying in flooded ancient ruins.
New blocks
Bamboo Blocks
A typical building block, but only made of bamboo (9 pieces). It works on the same principle as wooden blocks, logs. Bamboo boards can be crafted from a bamboo block.
Bamboo boards
Two bamboo boards can be crafted from one bamboo block. They are used in the construction of a huge number of objects: gates, fences, tiles, signs with inscriptions, doors and much more.
Bamboo mosaics
Bamboo mosaic is made from a pair of bamboo tiles, and is used to create mosaic tiles and stairs.
Hanging plaques
Hanging plates are the same plates for inscriptions, but they can be hung from blocks, and in a variety of configurations. To create such plates, you need 6 hewn logs and a couple of chains. There are as many as ten options. Unfortunately, there is less text on the hanging plate than on a regular plate.
Carved Bookshelf
A block for fans of reading! Up to 6 different types of books can be placed on such bamboo bookshelves: ordinary, enchanted, written and with a pen. The block does not have any interface, and therefore any books are added/deleted directly. And you can also use a redstone (comparator) with carved shelves.
