Honor X, one of the popular series of the Honor brand, is preparing to introduce one of the largest screen models of the last period. The Honor X20 Max almost blurs the line between tablet and phone.
According to verified insiders from the Chinese social network Weibo, the new sub-flagship Honor X20 Max will soon come with a 7.2-inch display. The smartphone is the size of a small tablet and will have a 6000mAh battery and probably fast charging. The model will be built on the Dimensity 1100 sub-flagship platform, made in accordance with the 6-nm process technology, including the Cortex-A78 core (up to 2.6 GHz).
The new Honor X20 Max smartphone will differ markedly from the variant of the previous generation Honor X10 Max with a smaller display and a 5000mAh battery. Like its predecessor, the new smartphone will use an RGBW-type display that provides low power consumption – which makes a big difference for a gadget of this size. Screen refresh rates are expected to be up to 120Hz.
There is no reliable additional information. It is possible to use better cameras, stereo speakers, and fast charging. For example, the Honor X10 Max supported 22.5W charging, its successor will surely be faster. The predecessor also had only two cameras – 64MP and 2MP, the functionality is expected to expand.
Earlier in early July 2020, Honor unveiled the Honor X10 Max smartphone model in the Chinese market with a screen size of 7.09 inches. Honor X20 Max is now expected to succeed Honor X10 Max. It is known that the Honor X20 Max will be the completion of a series of the already on sale Honor X20 and Honor X20 SE.
