The official weibo of Huawei terminal released a preheater poster, announcing that two new 618 products will be released at 19:30 tomorrow night: one is Huawei Free 50, the other is Huawei FreeBuds 5I.
It is shown in the poster that “young people have their own way”, and the suffix “I” is usually used to identify the youth version. Huawei FreeBuds 5I should be a kind of real wireless earphone specially designed for young people.
According to the pre-heat poster, the new headphones come in a light blue color and appear to be made of eco-friendly plastic with tiny spots on the outside of the charging bin. The body of the earphone is very smooth and looks exquisite.
The in-ear design should also support active noise reduction.
Its predecessor, Huawei FreeBuds 4I, was released in February last year. Priced at 499 yuan, $76, it was huawei’s cheapest true wireless noise-cancelling headphones at the time, offering active noise-cancelling and transparent transmission modes, as well as dual-microphone noise cancelling.
FreeBuds 4I can play music continuously for up to 10 hours on a single full charge, and can play music for up to 22 hours with a charging case. It also supports fast charging, with the charging case powering the headphones for four hours of music in 10 minutes.
