In addition to the 5G version of Mate X2, a new 4G version of Mate X2 has also been put on the shelves, according to Huawei’s consumer business website today.
However, the new version is only available for sale, the details of the price, the launch date is not yet known.
According to the product details page, the 4G version of Mate X2 is still equipped with the Kirin 9000 chip. Except that it does not support 5G network, other performance configurations are the same as the 5G version.
As the folding-flagship in 2021, Huawei Mate X2 is the first double-wedge integrated design and the first center of gravity offset design in the ID design to create a new balance with asymmetry. At the same time, the phone also adopts the unique double-spin water droplet hinge in the industry.
In addition, the hinge system also uses a variety of sophisticated special materials and special manufacturing processes, in addition to zirconium-based liquid metal, Huawei also introduced for the first time a strong steel material, which can prevent impact and deformation.
In terms of display, Huawei’s Mate X2 is designed with both internal and external dual screens, which support a high refresh rate of 90Hz. The 8-inch inner screen has an ultra-high resolution of 2480×2200, while the outer screen has a size of 6.45 inches, with a resolution of 2700×1160 and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz.
In terms of core performance, Huawei Mate X2 is equipped with a 5nm Kirin 9000 processor, integrated with 15 billion + transistors and Huawei’s self-developed dual-large core + micro-core NPU architecture.
In addition to the ultra-thin dual loudspeakers with large amplitude, the phone also has a large 4500mAh battery and supports a 55W Huawei Super Quick Charge.
