We know that Chinese maker Xiaomi made a product in a long-lasting notebook market. Huai had such a goal, and the company announced to us that the high-end product market would be the year we passed. The first product in this context was the Huawei MateBook X Pro as part of the Mobile World Congress this year.
As you know, Huawei has not made a new phone announcement within the scope of Mobile World Congress and has only made the announcement of the laptop which is the subject of our news. Huawei had not informed when the product would be available for sale, but a visual that emerges today shows that Huawei will be selling the next-generation notebook model on April 12th. It is also very gratifying to be able to offer the product for an early sale, which will be introduced later.
Huawei MateBook X Pro Technical Specs
Huawei MateBook X Pro is a Windows 10 laptop with a “full screen” 13.9 inch LTPS touchscreen, that has a screen to body ratio of 91%. The resolution is 3000 x 2000 pixels and a density of 260 PPi pixels.
Huawei’s new computer solution has four stereo speakers. Dolby Atmos signature is available in the computer’s audio system, offering 3D audio experience. There are also four microphones on the device and it is able to pick up even the voices of 4 meters away correctly. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass and a fingerprint protective coating. The computer also uses a backlit keyboard.
The computer has a battery at 57.4Wh power. According to Huawei’s tests, this battery provides 12 hours of video playback, 14 hours of office work, or 15 hours of web browsing. The device offers fast charging support via USB Type-C connection.
Powered by the eighth-generation Intel Core i5-8250U / i7-8550U processors, the MateBook X Pro includes 8GB and 16GB of RAM. On the internal storage side, 256GB / 512GB NVMe PCIe SSD with reading speed of 3000MB / s is used. In the graphics unit, we see 2GB of GDDR5 NVIDIA GeForce MX150 GPU and Intel UHD Graphics 620.
On the MateBook X Pro side of the interface, units are two USB Type-C outputs, one of which is Thunderbolt. In addition to the 3.5 mm headphone jack, there is also a USB 3.0 port on the computer. One of the most elegant features of the device is hidden under the F key of the front camera. The camera hidden when not in use becomes active when the key is pressed.
The price of the MateBook X Pro is not yet clear, probably because the price information will be shared on the day the device is introduced.
