iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition has been launched in China. It is the third device in the Neo 7 series after the regular and SE variants. The latest offering includes top-of-the-line specifications. Read on to find out what the iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition offers out of the box.
In terms of hardware
This phone has a 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a punch hole in the top center. The screen supports HD10+ and a 120Hz refresh rate. The Neo 7 Racing Edition’s display is flat and has rather thin bezels around it.
As mentioned above, there is a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC under the hood. It is paired with an Adreno 730 GPU, LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The device is 8.5 mm thick and weighs about 197 grams. Finally, the phone is running Origin OS Forest based on Android 13 in China.
On the back, the phone has a triple camera setup inside a rectangular camera module. There is a 50MP main camera sensor, accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro camera sensor. The main camera of the phone supports optical image stabilization (OIS). For selfies, there is a 16MP front camera sensor.
This phone packs a 5000mAh battery. The phone supports 120W fast charging out of the box. The charger is packed inside the box. There is no wireless charging support, in case you were wondering.
Prices and Variants
The iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition has been launched with multiple storage options. The base model has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It is priced at 2799 yuan (about $401). The device is also available in 16GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB storage options, priced at 3299 yuan (roughly $473) and 2999 yuan (roughly $430).
The top model offers 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It was launched for 3599 yuan (about $516). The phone is available in Blue, Black, and Monster Orange colors.
