What we initially knew as Meizu S6, will actually be marketed under the name Meizu mblu S6. To announce it is the same producer, through a teaser poster released through the usual social channels. The image also reveals the launch date of what will be the first smartphone with 18: 9 display of the brand. The smartphone also made its appearance on Antutu.
According to AnTuTu listing, the Meizu S6 seems to be a low-level mid-ranger. using 1440 * 720 resolution display, from the resolution of the screen aspect ratio 18: 9. More importantly, the GPU in the device is the Mali-G71 which points towards an Exynos 7872 chip. The AnTuTu benchmark reveals Android 7.0 running on the mid-range phone that carries 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage and the battery capacity is 2930mAh. This can be quite the deal breaker for many as Meizu doesn’t focus much on software support. Other rumors have also pointed to an Exynos 7872 chip especially since things aren’t going well between Meizu and MediaTek.
In addition, it is reported that the charm blue S6 will also use the side of the fingerprint recognition program, mBack physical buttons will evolve into mBack function of the virtual keys, the main features include: touch to return to the previous level, press to return to the desktop, left and right sliding switch tasks.
However, beyond any reflection, we can only wait until January 17, to find out what the specifications of the Meizu S6, the first 18: 9 of the brand will be.
