We are getting closer to what will be the release of MIUI 10, the new version of the proprietary interface with the Xiaomi label. In the past few hours a company event was held, during which the vice-president Hong Feng made the new release official. No MIUI X, as previously assumed previously, by the same VP of MIUI.
But what do we know so far about this MIUI 10? Well, unfortunately, Xiaomi has not been particularly generous in giving details about it. Indeed, to be precise, no information on the new release was revealed. According to rumors so far leaked, the new UI should present features related to artificial intelligence. What are these, however, is still a mystery. Given that in the future of the company there will be more and more models with full-screen design, we also expect a refinement of gestures to move through the menus.

Likewise, it is not yet known what the release date of the first update will be. What is certain is that the cycle of MIUI 9 is almost complete. Recently, the ROM has reached almost the totality of Xiaomi smartphones, including particularly dated models like Mi 2s. Let’s assume that the MIUI 10 can be launched simultaneously with the long-awaited Xiaomi Mi 7, so for the end of February / beginning of March, we should know more. Currently, MIUI 9 has been pushed to 40 xiaomi Smartphones, included Mi 2 that was launched in 2012.
