Xiaomi has officially confirmed that it has started working on the next version of MIUI. It is currently seeking suggestions from the user to call it MIUI 10 or MIUI X. Reports have also revealed that Xiaomi fans have given more votes to MIUI 10. As of this writing, there is no information available on the new features that will be arriving on MIUI 10. However, a leaked list of devices that will be upgraded to MIUI 10 has appeared today.
In November, Xiaomi had confirmed that the MIUI 9 will be the last major update for handsets MI 2, Mi 2S, Redmi Note 4G, Mi 4i, Redmi 2, Redmi 2 Prime and Mi Note. These handsets are unlikely to get the MIUI 10. Here is the leaked list of Xiaomi devices that are expected to receive MIUI 10 update: Mi 3, Mi 4, Mi 5, Mi 6, Mi 5s, Mi 5s Plus, Mi 4s, Mi 4C, Mi MIX, Mi MIX 2, Redmi Y1 / Lite, Mi Note 2, Mi Note 3, Redmi Note 3 / Pro, Redmi Note 4 / 4X, Redmi 5 Plus, Redmi 5, Redmi 5A, Mi 5X, Mi Max, Mi Max 2, Redmi 4 / 4X /4A, Redmi 3 / 3S / Prime, Redmi Pro and Redmi 3X.

Xiaomi is yet to confirm the launch timeframe of MIUI 10. As MIUI 9 was launched in July last year, it is likely that the MIUI 10 may officially launch around the same time this year. And just as the MIUI 9 rollout began in November, it is likely that the aforementioned MIUI 10 upgradable devices may receive the update by November this year.
