Igeekphone, May 30th: The official website of Motorola in India has released the page for the Edge 70 Pro+ phone in advance, showing that this model is equipped with a 6.8-inch 144Hz AMOLED screen, the Dimensity 8500 Extreme processor, a 6500mAh silicon-carbon battery, and a 50MP triple camera, and it supports IP68/IP69 protection levels.
In terms of the screen, this device is equipped with a 6.8-inch AMOLED panel with a resolution of 2772×1272. The screen aspect ratio is 96.80%, supporting HDR10+, a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, a maximum refresh rate of 144Hz, a peak brightness of 5200 nits, and a high-brightness mode of 1800 nits.
In terms of performance, the new device is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Extreme, featuring 12GB of LPDDR5X memory and 256GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The system is pre-installed with Android 16. Motorola guarantees 3 years of system updates and up to 5 years of security patches.
In terms of system functions, this device incorporates the “Catch Me Up” feature, which can aggregate unread messages from multiple applications and assist users in remembering the important information they need to review later.
In terms of durability, the Edge 70 Pro+ supports IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance and has passed the MIL-STD 810H certification. In terms of audio, the new device is equipped with dual stereo speakers and supports Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio.
