Before its official release, this device appeared in the GeekBench benchmark database. The single-core score of version 6.3.0 was 1018 points, and the multi-core score was 3133 points.
According to the information on the GeekBench benchmarking database page, this machine is equipped with a Qualcomm octa-core processor, including one super-large core at 2.30GHz, three performance cores at 2.21GHz and four efficiency cores at 1.8GHz, paired with the Adreno 810 GPU. It is estimated to be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chip.
The benchmarking database page also shows that this device is equipped with Android 15 system and 12GB of memory. Igeekphone previously reported that the OPPO K12s is equipped with OPPO’s first 7000mAh five-year long-lasting large battery, achieving OPPO’s maximum capacity, the most cycle times, and the longest lifespan. It supports 1800 battery cycles and a battery life of 5 years.
According to the information on the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the OPPO K12s is equipped with a 6.67-inch AMOLED FHD+ screen, a 7000mAh capacity battery, 80W charging, a 16-megapixel selfie camera, and a dual-camera system of a 50-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel dual camera on the back.
