A leaked photo appeared online today of a mysterious Xiaomi smartphone with dual cameras.A lot flagship phones that have been introduced into the market (or revealed via a controlled leak) are beginning to adopt dual cameras and in doing so are giving the user the ultimate in camera technology. We don’t believe this will end either, Huawei is one company that believe that dual cameras give a distinct advantage in the market. Huawei even went so far as to partner with Leica for the shooters on a lot of their phones lately, namely the Huawei P9, Huawei’s flagship.
And again with the Honor V8 and Honor 8 which has now been confirmed as coming with dual rear shooters. But make no mistake there are other companies besides Huawei that are not only interested but using controlled photo leaks to gauge consumer response. LeEco and Xiaomi are cases in point, it looks very much like these 2 Chinese giants will release dual camera phones. Besides renders we have seen much in terms of real device photographs, until now. Photo’s have appeared of what looks like a new Xiaomi device. In the photo the sensors on the Xiaomi appear to be in a vertical configuration with dual LED flash. 
As you can see in the photo, there is the distinct Xiaomi logo, confirming this is a real deal Xiaomi smartphone. It looks uncannily like the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, with the only anomaly being where the finger print sensor is on theXiaomi Redmi Note 3, in its place is the second camera. The device looks quite elegant, with a distinct curvature of the sides and the brushed metal appearance. The buttons for power and volume control are on the right hand side of the device.
It could mean that the device will have a home button/fingerprint embedded sensor on the front. The big question is, Is this the new Redmi Note 4?. Chinese actor Haoran Liu is the official spokesperson of Xiaomi’s Redmi lineup, it was he that was photographed earlier in a leaked photo where he was holding the device. Knowing Xiaomi and their cryptic messages, anything is possible, but certainly it is a very strong possibility that we are looking at a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4.
