POCO X5 5G Has Passed BIS and FCC Certification


Xiaomi POCO X4 series was released earlier this year, and its iterative model X5 series is expected to be released soon. POCO X5 5G has been certified by BIS and FCC.

The FCC website shows that the POCO X5 5G uses a rectangular camera module, supports dual-band Wi-Fi, and is equipped with a 4900mAh battery. In addition, the machine also supports n5, n7, n38, n41, n77, and n78 5G frequency bands, and is equipped with MIUI 14.

The model number of the Indian version of POCO X5 5G is 22101320I. The POCO India head has also hinted at a new phone, which could be the upcoming X5 5G.

The device has also previously appeared in the IMEI database. In addition to the global model, the Indian variant of the phone has also been spotted on the IMEI website. The phone is expected to launch in the Chinese market as a Redmi model with model number 22101320C.

According to the news, the POCO X5 5G, codenamed “Redwood”, is expected to be equipped with a 120Hz refresh rate LCD panel and a Snapdragon 778G Plus processor.

For comparison, POCO X4 Pro 5G uses a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, supports 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate, is powered by Snapdragon 695 processor, has a built-in 5000mAh battery, supports 67W fast charging, has a rear 108MP main camera.
