It is stated that the 5G smartphone made by Realme will be available at an affordable price and could be the cheapest 5G smartphone when the smartphone is launched, even cheaper than the Realme V5 smartphone.
Based on information circulating, this smartphone will later come with a chipset made by MediaTek, namely the Dimensity 720 SoC which supports 5G. In addition, the price of this smartphone is also predicted to be around 1199 yuan (about $172 ).
Because it is included in the smartphone in the mid-range category, this smartphone will not carry sufficiently fierce specifications. But the presence of 5G support on a smartphone of 1000 yuan ($144) is certainly a new thing.
Currently, a Realme smartphone model has appeared on the TENAA website with the Realme model number RMX2200. It is said that the smartphone has a 6.52-inch screen and a 4980mAh battery. We better wait for official information from Realme!
