Igeekphone reported on June 29th that Samsung released a mid-range mobile phone, Galaxy M47, in India today. This phone is a minor updated version of Galaxy A27, featuring a larger battery capacity, faster charging specifications, and more attractive color options. The price of this phone is very affordable, especially considering the current high prices of storage chips.

After the discount, the price of Galaxy M47 in India is 22,999 Indian rupees (Igeekphone Note: The current exchange rate is approximately 1,657 yuan). However, Samsung has not yet announced the official retail price (MRP) of this device. The product will be launched on the Amazon platform in India and will be available in two colors: blue and red.

This device is equipped with a 6.7-inch Full HD+ resolution Super AMOLED screen, with a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz. The front camera adopts a center-opening design. Galaxy M47 is equipped with the Snapdragon 6 Gen3 processor. It comes with a standard 6GB LPDDR5X RAM and 128GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. It also features a dual-card MicroSD storage expansion slot and a capacitive fingerprint scanner integrated on the side.

The phone is pre-installed with One UI 8.5 based on the Android 16 system. The manufacturer guarantees to provide 6 generations of major Android system updates and up to 6 years of security patch updates.
In terms of battery life, this device is equipped with a 6000mAh large-capacity battery and supports up to 45 watts wired fast charging. Other configurations include GPS, 5G below 6GHz, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, and a USB Type-C 2.0 interface.
