The body thickness is 5.1 millimeters. It is slightly thinner than the previously rumored 5.5 millimeters.
In terms of hardware, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra will adopt Mediatek’s latest flagship chip, Dimensity 9400+, which is built based on the 3nm process. In terms of the screen, this tablet is equipped with a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate.
The battery capacity is 11600mAh, and it supports 45W wired fast charging, Wi-Fi 7, and is equipped with a four-speaker system. The back of the device is equipped with a 13-megapixel main camera and an 8-megapixel auxiliary camera, while the front is fitted with a 12-megapixel camera.
This tablet will offer three storage combinations: 12GB RAM+256GB / 512GB and 16GB RAM+1TB. It supports eSIM function and has IP68-level dust and water resistance. At the system level, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra will pre-install One UI 8 based on Android 16, deeply integrate AI functions, and integrate multiple AI services including Gemini.
