Today, developer @Kacskrz revealed on Twitter that Mi 12 series still has an unreleased Mi 12T, code-named Plato, which will be powered by Mediatek Dimensity 8100 processor.
Mi 12T will be the first mi 12 model to feature a Dimensity 8100 processor. Dimensity 8100 processor is currently used in models such as Redmi K50, Redmi Note 11T Pro and RealMe GT Neo 3. Models equipped with this processor are generally priced between 2000 and 3000 yuan.
It is worth mentioning that last night’s mi 12S series release mi 12 Pro launched Dimensity 9000 + version, priced 3999 yuan, the phone positioning higher than mi 12T.

Dimensity 8100 was released on March 1 this year. It uses TSMC’s 5nm process and has four Cortex-A78 cores at 2.85ghz and four Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0ghz. The GPU is the third-generation Valhall GPU architecture mali-G610. Dimensity 8100 has strong performance and excellent power control, which has been sought after by many netizens.
