Igeekphone News, April 30th: @Tail Uncle, the CEO of Shenzhen Gongke Technology Co., LTD., announced today that the new flagship Android handheld console AYANEO Pocket S2 will be released in May. The new phone will be equipped with the Qualcomm third-generation Snapdragon G3 platform and a 2K screen.
According to a previous report by Igeekphone, AYANEO Pocket S2 is the world’s first Android handheld console equipped with the third-generation Snapdragon G3 platform. It adopts a brand-new architecture design. The CPU performance has increased by 30% compared to the previous generation, and the GPU performance has increased by 28%.
This platform supports hardware-level ray tracing technology, Snapdragon Game Super Resolution, and is supplemented by the 2K screen of AYANEO Pocket S2, claiming to “present more delicate and realistic game pictures”. The AYANEO Pocket S2 also supports Wi-Fi 7 network, which can provide a more stable network connection and optimize the cloud gaming and streaming experience.
The AYANEO Pocket S2 is equipped with a 6.3-inch 2K ultra-high-definition IPS original color screen and is claimed to have “higher color accuracy and brightness performance”. The new handheld console also features “the largest battery capacity among Android handheld consoles of the same size” and supports fast charging.
The AYANEO Pocket S2 adopts a fully optimized cooling system, equipped with “extra-large area” heat dissipation fins + active cooling fans. The new handheld console still continues the brand’s classic design style, featuring a CNC all-metal frame, complemented by an ergonomic body arc design and a four-curved arc back cover design.
The all-new flagship Android handheld console AYANEO Pocket S2 is equipped with the newly upgraded Hall joystick and Hall linear trigger, featuring dual X-axis linear motors, and pre-installed with AYANEO’s self-developed Android handheld console management software system AYASpace + AYAHome. It provides one-stop game management, multi-mode performance adjustment, key mapping and other functions.
