Igeekphone News, August 29th: Greek technology media Techmaniacs published a blog post on August 27th, sharing the specifications and benchmark data of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra tablet. This tablet will be equipped with the Mediatek Dimensity 9400 + chip. Its Cortex-X925 large core frequency has been increased to 3.73GHz, which is higher than the 3.63GHz of the standard version of the Dimensity 9400.
According to the GeekBench version 6.4.0 results, the single-core score of this tablet is 2474 and the multi-core score is 8721. Compared with the S10 Ultra equipped with the Dimensity 9300+ (2111 single-core and 7319 multi-core), the single-core performance has improved by 17.2% and the multi-core performance by 19.16%.

Igeekphone previously reported that in terms of the screen, this flagship tablet has a fine display effect and vivid colors. It adopts a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2x display with a resolution of 2960 x 1848 pixels.
In terms of appearance, the body adopts a flat screen design with a relatively narrow bezel and a semi-circular notch at the top of the screen. The back is equipped with two directly protruding cameras, with slightly rounded corners and magnetic contacts for connecting accessories.
In terms of core hardware, IGEEKPHONE quoted a blog post as introducing that the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra follows the high-end route of the S10 Ultra, equipped with the Mediatek Dimensity 9400+ flagship chip. Compared with the previous generation, the CPU performance has increased by 24%, the GPU by 27%, and the NPU by 33%.

In terms of storage, this tablet has up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage space, with a battery capacity of 11600mAh and supports 45W wired fast charging.
In terms of the camera system, the S11 Ultra features a waterdrop front screen design and is equipped with a single 12-megapixel camera, eliminating the ultra-wide-angle front camera of the previous generation. The back features a dual-camera setup, including a 12-megapixel main camera and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, both supporting 4K video recording.

In terms of the system, this tablet comes pre-installed with One UI 8.0 based on Android 16 from the factory and promises 7 years of system and security updates, and may be released at the IFA 2025 conference to be held next month.
