The Code Exposes Google Pixel Foldable Phone with a 64 Megapixel Main Camera


On September 7, Google announced that it will hold a launch event on October 6 at 23:00 Beijing time, where it will unveil the Pixel 7 / Pro line of phones, Pixel Watch and other accessories. In addition to regular models, Google has been rumored to be launching a Pixel phone with a folding screen for the past two years.

Today, Google began rolling out Android 13 QPR1 Beta 1, in which developer Kuba Wojciechowski found the image parameters of the Pixel foldable phone codenamed “Felix” in the code. Specifically, the fold-screen phone will have five cameras, including a 64-megapixel main camera (IMX787), a 10.8-megapixel telephoto camera (S5K3J1), and a 12-megapixel wide-angle camera (IMX386).

The foldable phone is equipped with an 8-megapixel camera (IMX355). A 10.8 megapixel selfie camera (S5K3J1) is installed on the external screen of the foldable phone. The camera layout shows that the foldable phone will have a lateral folding design similar to Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 4.

In August, digital blogger revealed a foldable Google Pixel phone with a rear module similar to the Google Pixel 7 and an OPPO Find N front, IGeekphone has learned. At the same time, the machine will adopt a relatively small size of the large screen transverse folding design, the outer screen is a single hole in the center, the inner screen is a full screen without holes, but the inner screen is not without a camera, but the ultra-hole camera installed on the frame.
