Igeekphone News, October 17th: The source @tarunvats33 posted a tweet on the X platform yesterday (October 16th), sharing a picture from a phone case accessory manufacturer that showcases the appearance of the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. The overall design has not changed much compared to the previous generation. The main adjustments are focused on the rear camera module.
The technology media Android Headline pointed out that this picture has a high degree of credibility and is very likely to have been made based on the CAD renderings provided by Samsung to accessory manufacturers. The leaked pictures confirmed the previous rumor that the appearance adjustment of the Galaxy S26 Ultra would mainly focus on the rear camera module, and in addition, the corners would be more rounded.

As can be seen from the picture, the back of the new device adopts a brand-new “Image island” design, integrating three core cameras (main camera, ultra-wide-angle, etc.) on a unified raised platform, making it an independent visual unit.
In addition, the overall contour, frame processing and key layout of the phone are almost exactly the same as those of the previous generation Galaxy S25 Ultra, indicating that this is a “subtle redesign” of detail optimization.

In terms of performance, Samsung is expected to equip the Galaxy S26 Ultra with Qualcomm’s fifth-generation Snapdragon 8 Ultra chip. However, there are rumors that Samsung may restart its “dual-chip” strategy this year to diversify its supply chain and control costs, in some specific markets such as Europe. Samsung may launch a version equipped with its own Exynos 2600 chip.
