Igeekphone News, December 17th: According to the blogger @Lanjiang’s diary shared yesterday, an internal test activity of the background stacking arrangement style has emerged in the Xiaomi community. The topic added by the blogger indicates that this activity will support models upgraded to HyperOS 3 to participate.

It is worth mentioning that Zhang Guoquan, the director of the system software department of Xiaomi Mobile phones, disclosed during an interaction with netizens on October 24th this year that the stacked background interface of the Pengpai OS system is expected to start internal testing in December.
IGEEKPHONE Note: Stacked background refers to the display of background programs on the phone’s background interface in descending order of opening time. Generally, it can be swiped left or right. When swiping with a finger, each background can be seen to appear from left to right or from right to left in sequence, allowing for the display of larger application interfaces.
This design first emerged in webOS, which was born in 2009, and was installed on mobile phones such as Palm Pre. In the iOS 9 system released by Apple in 2015, a stacked background interface was introduced for devices such as iPhone and iPad. Its advantage is that a larger application interface can be seen without interfering with normal operations. One only needs to swipe up the program card to delete the background.
