Igeekphone News, September 12th: The technology media Android Headline published a blog post yesterday (September 11th), sharing a set of renderings and a rendering video, showcasing two MOTOROLA phones, the 2026 Moto G and Moto G Play.
In terms of appearance, the Moto G 2026 and the Moto G Play 2026 have almost the same design. Both feature a 6.7-inch straight screen with a central hole on the front, and the “chin” border is slightly wider.
The middle frame of the body is straight and slightly curved forward and backward. The volume keys and power key are located on the right side, and there is a SIM card slot on the left side. The bottom of the device retains a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C port. The back features a camera module island covered with eco-friendly leather, enhancing grip friction.
In terms of specifications, the Moto G 2026 features an HD+ resolution LCD screen that supports an adaptive refresh rate of 60-120Hz and a peak brightness of 1000 nits, and is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
The core configuration is Mediatek Dimensity 6300 processor (6nm, 5G), equipped with 4GB memory and RAM Boost virtual expansion function, and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage is expandable.
In terms of imaging, the main camera is equipped with a 50-megapixel Quad Pixel technology, complemented by a macro lens. The front camera is 32 megapixels and supports multiple shooting modes, including night scenes, portraits, and slow motion.
In terms of battery, it is equipped with a 5200mAh built-in battery, supports 30W TurboPower charging, and features Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res Audio, splash resistance design and facial recognition unlocking functions.
The Moto G Play 2026 is also equipped with the same 6.7-inch HD+ 120Hz screen, Dimensity 6300 processor and 4GB of memory, but the storage is 64GB UFS 2.2 and can be expanded via microSD.
The rear main camera is 32 million pixels (Quad Pixel technology), and the front camera is 8 million pixels, supporting the same shooting mode. The battery capacity is also 5200mAh, but the charging power is 18W.
This device is equipped with stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res Audio, splash-proof and Android 16 system, and adds Bluetooth 5.3 support.
