Igeekphone News, June 25th: Source Evan Blass (@Evleaks) posted a series of tweets on the X platform yesterday (June 24th), once again sharing the renderings of the two foldable phones, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 and Galaxy Z Flip7 FE. It shows the different colors and forms of these two mobile phones.
Galaxy Z Flip7
In terms of appearance, the biggest change of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 is the outer screen. Different from the “folder” style display design of previous generations, after this upgrade by Samsung, the visual effect is closer to that of the MOTOROLA Razr Ultra, turning the entire cover area into the outer screen.
Samsung has also optimized the size and weight of the Galaxy Z Flip7. While continuing the lightweight advantage of the series, it is thinner than the previous generation Galaxy Z Flip6.
In terms of chips, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 is equipped with the “Snapdragon 8 Ultra for Galaxy” chip. The core frequency of its Prime has been increased to 4.47GHz, and its performance is stronger than that of the standard Snapdragon 8 Elite. With a combination of 12GB of large memory and 128GB to 512GB of storage, the goal is to become the most powerful small foldable phone.
In terms of the imaging system, the Galaxy Z Flip7 continues the configuration of its predecessor: a 50-megapixel main camera and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. Although no higher-specification sensors were introduced, Samsung further improved the shooting experience by optimizing algorithms. In terms of battery life, the battery capacity remains at 4000mAh.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 FE
The camera configuration, battery and storage of the product are basically the same as those of the previous generation Z Flip6. However, to reduce the configuration, only two storage configurations of 128GB and 256GB are provided.
Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip series targeting the young consumer group will increase the market penetration rate by launching the affordable FE model. The price of the 128GB basic version is expected to be controlled at 1 million Korean won.
