On July 9th, Igeekphone reported that the blogger Digital Chat Station exposed the detailed parameters of the vivo X300.
Specifically, the vivo X300 is customized with a 6.3-inch 1.5K straight screen, and is the first to be equipped with the Dimensity 9500 flagship platform. It features a 50-megapixel IMX882 periscope telephoto lens at the back, supporting 3x optical zoom, 3D ultrasonic fingerprint recognition, wireless charging, and full-level water resistance, among other features.

Compared with the previous generation X200, the vivo X300 has been upgraded to a brand-new 6.3-inch LIPO small screen, equipped with the Mediatek Dimensity 9500 flagship processor, and features an ultrasonic screen fingerprint scanner.
It is reported that LIPO is the most advanced screen packaging process in the industry, more advanced than COG and COF. By optimizing the display driver chip and circuit layout, it compresses the screen border width to the extreme, providing a better visual experience.
Moreover, LIPO adopts a higher-density connection design, significantly reducing the number and length of signal transmission channels, thereby narrowing the border width. At the same time, it ensures the stability and high speed of signal transmission, maintaining stability in highly sensitive touch scenarios such as gaming and rapid sliding.
In addition, the vivo X300 is equipped with the Dimensity 9500, the most powerful mobile phone chip from Mediatek. It adopts a full large-core architecture, consisting of 1*Travis+3*Alto+4*Gelas. Among them, Travis and Alto are the new generation of Arm X9 series super-large cores, supporting the SME instruction set. Gelas is the new generation of Arm A7 series large core.
In terms of benchmark scores, the theoretical single-core score of the Dimensity 9500’s Geekbench 6 is set at over 3900, and the multi-core score exceeds 11,000. Among them, the multi-core score is expected to be on par with the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2, but will surpass that of the Apple A19 Pro.
This phone is expected to make its debut as early as September.
