Upcoming Elephone SX Equipped with Snapdragon 626 SoC & Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0


The Elephone brand, which has been working in overseas markets, like other mobile phone companies, has launched a variety of full-screen mobile phones, including U/U PRO/A4 PRO, in the current stage of comprehensive screening of the domestic market. According to the latest news released by the official, Elephone has released photos of what will be his next mid-range smartphone, the Elephone SX.

The Elephone SX is the company’s next flagship top notch-equipped phone with a pretty sleek design. The device comes with a thin bezel and two rear cameras on the back, plus with a rear fingerprint scanner.

The first photo clearly reveals that the Elephone SX will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and that it will not escape the fashion of the notch screen, with thin edges. Elephone SX sports a Full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels.

It is powered by a Snapdragon 626 that has eight ARM Cortex A53 cores up to 2.2 Ghz to play videos 4K UltraHD at 30 img / s. Also, the Elephone SX will be able to support the Quick Charge 3.0 charging function. On the other hand, nothing is unveiled as to the amount of RAM and storage. The smartphone runs on Android 8.1 operating system with antutu benchmark test score of 97,031. Basically, the Elephone SX will ship Android 8.1 Oreo with, hopefully, an update to Android Pie planned ?!

According to all this official information, the announcement should be delayed. The Elephone SX seems an interesting midrange thanks to its processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 there we are more accustomed to find a MediaTek processor.
