Igeekphone News on August 15th: vivo Vision has been officially announced to be released on August 21st. It is the first mainstream domestic mobile phone manufacturer to follow Apple’s lead and enter the MR Field.
According to Hong Yi, the general manager of vivo’s smart terminal products, the vivo Vision is equipped with a Micro-OLED screen with a dual-eye 8K resolution, which is currently the highest industry standard. It is equivalent to carrying a 120-foot high-definition true-color giant screen with you.
In addition to the basic specifications, everything from screen selection to tuning and testing has been meticulously refined.

For instance, the binocular calibration that most affects the visual experience is accomplished through a self-built assembly line. Each device undergoes binocular brightness consistency calibration and binocular color difference calibration, which greatly reduces the differences in brightness and color, ensuring that users do not feel dizzy when looking at them.
In terms of sound experience, vivo Vision adopts surround spatial audio, making the sound seem to come from all directions. It also features a more immersive viewing mode under environmental themes, offering a more interesting viewing experience than traditional terminals and offline cinemas.

To address the weight issue, vivo Vision adopted a split riveting design, optimized structural strength, and used high-strength lightweight magnesium alloy. By taking all these measures together, it finally successfully dropped the weight, with the middle frame weighing only 49.2g.

The overall height and thickness of the machine have been repeatedly reduced, resulting in a volume reduction of nearly 30% compared to similar products. Combined with the exclusive spindle-shaped folded lens layout, not only does the body feel indeed lose its balance, but the visual effect is also more refined.

Previously, the Apple Vision Pro was most criticized by users for being too heavy, weighing as much as 650g. When worn for a long time, users could clearly feel the “pressure” brought by the Vision Pro in their necks.
This time, vivo Vision will effectively solve this problem, allowing users to immerse themselves in it for a longer period of time.
