Vivo has achieved great success especially in the Chinese and Indian markets in the recent period, is getting ready with the new X30 series. According to information from Vivo X30 and Vivo X30 Pro 5G will be encountered in the phone’s Pro models with models of Samsung production Exynos 980 chipset to be used.

Recently a video released by the Chinese company has hinted at the presence of a powerful 60X zoom onboard the new Vivo X30 5G, but now a new teaser seems to definitively confirm this functionality and the presence of a zoom with periscope system. Furthermore, the device shows itself live, revealing part of its design.

The short clip you see above, recently published by Vivo, focuses on the photographic sector of the next smartphone of the Chinese brand. The video confirms that the Vivo X30 5G will have a periscope zoom lens, similar to the likes of OPPO Reno 10X Zoom and Huawei P30 Pro. At the end of the clip, you can take a first look at the back of the device: you can see a triple vertical camera in the left corner, in addition to what should be a fourth module accompanied by the LED Flash.

In the new clip published by Vivo, the presence of 60X digital zoom technology is advertised, a feature similar to that seen with other models equipped with a periscope system.

For the moment the specifications of the device are still shrouded in mystery, except for the presence of the SoC Exynos 980 5G, this is manufactured in the 8-nm FinFET process and a maximum frequency of 2.2 GHz). It also supports the brand new Wi-Fi 6, this SoC consists of 2 ARM Cortex-A77 and 6 ARM Cortex-A55 clusters and the ARM Mali-G76 MP5 GPU together.

    Possible Vivo X30 specifications

The Vivo X30 will be equipped with a 6.5 “AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate, HDR10 + and with Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Inside, the Samsung Exynos 980 tinkers. At the back is a 64MP camera with 1 / 1.72 “Samsung GW1 sensor, 0.8μm pixel size, f / 1.8 aperture, LED flash + 13MP telephoto lens for 5x zoom + 8MP Ultra Wide-angle lens + 2MP depth sensor installed. Other specifications include a 32MP front camera, a fingerprint sensor in the display and a 4500mAh battery with a 22.5W fast charge.

    Possible Vivo X30 Pro specifications

The Vivo X30 Pro is powered by the same Exynos 980 SoC. Here, however, a larger 6.89 “AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz is installed. Again, there is a quad camera on the back, but here with 60MP + 13MP + 13MP + 2MP. The battery is the same size but supports a fast charge of 40W.

When the Vivo X30 is introduced in December, we will officially learn all the features of this phone. In addition, the company will share the price of this phone with the public at launch events. Let’s see how much the company can meet the expectations for the X30.
