In early January, Xiaomi Lei Jun said that its annual sales estimate for the Mi 12S Ultra had been sold out ahead of schedule. Wang Teng, general manager of Xiaomi’s Henan branch, said that the Mi 12S Ultra has been basically finished.
Launched in July 2022, the Mi 12S series includes three models: Mi 12S, Mi 12S Pro and Mi 12S Ultra, all of which are powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, as well as Leica professional optical lens and Leica Native dual picture quality.

The Mi 12S Ultra features a Leica professional optical lens for images, starting with SONY’s IMX989, a 1-inch outsole professional master camera with OIS optical anti-shake. In addition, the Mi 12S Ultra comes with 48MP ultra wide Angle (IMX586, 13mm equivalent) +48MP latent telephoto (IMX586, 5x / 120x, 120mm equivalent).
