As the release date of the Mi 15 series approaches, details about the new machine in the series are gradually emerging. The latest Revelations reveal major upgrades to the Mi 15 Pro in terms of battery, fast charging technology and video system.
Battery capacity and fast charging technology
According to a well-known blogger, the Mi 15 Pro will be equipped with a 5400mAh battery, which is a significant improvement compared to the 4880mAh battery of the Mi 14 Pro. In addition, the Mi 15 Pro will support hundred-watt wired and wireless fast charging technology.
Screen and unlocking technology
The Mi 15 Pro is expected to feature a deep quad-curve screen design such as a mid-hole and, for the first time, ultrasonic screen fingerprint technology to provide a faster and more accurate unlocking experience. The Mi 15 uses a straight screen design with a center hole, and both phones will use dragon crystal glass material to enhance durability.
Processor and storage configuration
Both new machines will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen4 mobile platform, equipped with LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage technology, ensuring excellent performance and fast data read and write speeds.
Image system upgrade
The Mi 15 series has also been comprehensively upgraded in the imaging system. The rear main camera will feature a Howe sensor with a 50-megapixel main camera. The Mi 15 Pro is the first to introduce a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultra-wide Angle lens and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens, and supports the stealth 3x zoom function, greatly improving the photo experience.
Other characteristics
Both the Mi 15 and Mi 15 Pro will support the latest WiFi 7 technology, providing faster wireless network speeds. At the same time, both phones will support UBW (Ultra Broadband Wireless) technology, as well as dual speakers and IP68 rated dust and water resistance.
