According to past practices, Xiaomi Mi 12 will be the first batch of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series flagship processors, which are usually unveiled at the end of the year. We are expected to see the Snapdragon 898 (tentatively named) in December this year, which also means that Xiaomi Mi 12 may debut at the end of this year or early 2022.
According to the disclosed information, the Snapdragon X65 baseband will be built into the next-generation Snapdragon flagship chip, which also means that the Snapdragon 898 will be equipped with the Snapdragon X65 baseband chip.
In addition to the Snapdragon 898, high refresh rate AMOLED screen, super fast charge, flagship image and other specifications will not be absent on Xiaomi Mi 12. This annual flagship is expected to go on sale in December or January 2022, and the starting price may be around $618.
