Today Xiaomi has finally released its new version notebook, called Xiaomi MI Notebook Air 4G, cooperating with China Mobile to support 4G network. It uses virtual card design, no need the real SIM card, built in 4G network service, activating in the air, and then it can be used when unboxing.
Xiaomi MI Notebook Air 4G can cover the same network as smartphones based on China Mobile 4G Private Internet, in theory, the downloading bandwidth is 150Mbps, up to 80Mbps, which is faster than EVDO and IPad Pro 4G. As for traffic, it is built in 4GB every month, 48GB in 12 months, which is worth 1,560 yuan.
As for specs, Xiaomi MI Notebook Air 13.3 inch has upgraded its processor to Skylake 6th Intel Core i7, 3.0GHz, the performance has been improved 10% more than current version. There is no change about Xiaomi MI Notebook Air 12.5inch, but the official claims the battery life can support 9.5 hours until now instead of 11.5 hours.
About the price, Xiaomi MI Notebook Air 4G 12.5inch sells at 4,699 yuan, $783, MI Notebook Air 4G 13.3inch at 6,999 yuan, $1166, which is 1200 yuan, 2,000 yuan more expensive than the last versions accordingly. So are you satisfied with this Xiaomi mi notebook air 4G?
