Xiaomi has officially unveiled three new smart TVs: Mi TV 4C Pro, Mi TV 4A Pro, and Mi TV 4 Pro will enrich the range of TVs with Android TV produced by the Chinese giant.
Just a couple of months ago, Xiaomi launched the global Mi TV 4, the smart TV with the thinnest screen in the world, and today the Chinese manufacturer has officially announced the arrival of three new models, for now exclusively in the Indian market.
All three new models are based on Android TV, with proprietary PatchWall interface and Google Play Store installed. The smart TVs in question also come with integrated Chromecast to bring the contents of your smartphone on the TV screen.
Let’s see in detail the specifications of the three models:
Mi LED TV 4C Pro
The Mi LED TV 4C Pro is the cheapest model. It features a 32-inch, 1368×768 resolution panel, likely a VA panel as with previous Mi LED TV models. Inside is an Amlogic chipset with quad-core Cortex-A53 CPU and Mali-450 GPU, along with 1GB RAM and 8GB storage. For audio, it has a 20W stereo speaker system with DTS-HD surround sound. On the connectivity side are 3x HDMI (1 ARC), 2x USB, 1x Ethernet, 1x 3.5mm audio, Wi-Fi 802.11n, and Bluetooth 4.0.
Mi LED TV 4A Pro
The Mi LED TV 4A Pro has a 49-inch, 1920×1080 LCD panel with the same chipset as the 4C Pro and 20W stereo speaker system with DTS-HD audio. You do however get 2GB of RAM but with the same 8GB storage space. Connectivity options are also identical to the 4C Pro.
Mi LED TV 4 Pro
The Mi LED TV 4 Pro has a 55-inch, 3840×2160 panel with HDR-10 support and 16W speaker system. It’s powered by the slightly different Amlogic chipset with the same CPU but a Mali-T830 GPU. There’s also 2GB RAM and 8GB storage along with dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11n. The rest of the connectivity options are identical to the previous two models. Like the Mi LED TV 4, the new model also has an ultra-thin design that measures just 4.9mm thick at its thinnest point.
In terms of all three new Mi TV Models pricing, the 32-inch Mi TV 4C Pro costs ₹14,999 (equal to $206.58), while the 49-inch Mi TV 4A Pro costs ₹29,999 (about $413.18). The 55-inch Mi TV 4 Pro will be available for ₹49,999 ($688.64). These prices are said to be “introductory prices” and will be valid for only one month. The Mi TV 4C Pro and the Mi TV 4A Pro will go on sale on October 9 at 9 PM IST via Amazon India and Mi.com, while the Mi TV 4 Pro will be available starting October 10 at 12 PM IST via Flipkart and Mi.com.
