Redmi 10, xiaomi’s next generation of low-cost models, has been officially announced overseas. According to the picture, it will combine the back style of the Mi 10 Supreme Commemorative edition and the front style of the Redmi K40. It is designed as a matrix camera and has four cameras.
However, xiaomi’s official blog accidentally leaked a lot of information about the device ahead of its official launch, but the page is currently 404.
The phone has a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a significant upgrade over the previous generation’s 60Hz panel, and supports variable refresh rates (45/60/90 Hz). Redmi 10 is also powered by Mediatek’s Helio G88 chip.
For imaging, the rear camera features a matrix four-shot with a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide Angle lens, a 2MP macro and a 2MP depth of field sensor, and an 8MP front lens.
It’s worth mentioning that the phone comes with a large 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging, and oddly it will come with a 22.5W charger. In addition, the machine appears to support 9W reverse wired charging.

In other news, Redmi 10 uses a side fingerprint solution, offering A USB TypeC port, retains a 3.5mm headphone jack, providing stereo sound, running Android 11-based MIUI 12.5, and will be officially available on August 18, pricing unknown. It will offer 4+64GB, 4+128GB and 6+128GB storage and support microSD cards measuring 161.95 x 75.53 x 8.92mm, weighing 181 grams and coming in carbon grey, pebble white and navy colors.
