IGEEKPHONE reported on April 8th that Xiaomi announced today that the new generation performance flagship tablet, REDMI K Pad 2, will be launched and released this month.
The REDMI K Pad 2 is equipped with the MediaTek 9500 processor and features an 8.8-inch 165Hz high-refresh-rate gaming screen. It has undergone comprehensive upgrades in terms of brightness, touch control, and eye protection. It also comes with a 9100mAh battery.
REDMI K Pad 2 comes in three color options. It features a metal unibody with a single camera on the back,making the design more streamlined.
Igeekphone Note: Xiaomi REDMI K Pad was released in June 2025. It is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chip, featuring an 8.8-inch LCD screen, supporting 165Hz high refresh rate, 3K resolution, 372Hz touch sampling rate, and a 7500mAh battery. It is also Xiaomi’s first tablet with dual USB Type-C interfaces, priced starting at 2799 yuan.
