Before full view display has not been common, Xiaomi is working on a competitive and affordable phone now, it its Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, recently, a netizen leaked the real images of Redmi Note 5, the front design looks very surprised, it uses 18:9 full display, and the forehead and chin are quite narrow.
As for the back design of Redmi Note 5, it looks more like the combination of Redmi Note 4 and Redmi Pro, it has three step metal body, and the fingerprint scanner is put under dual back camera. Therefore, Redmi Note 5 will be not a flagship one with expensive price but maybe a 150usd phone.
About its specs, Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 should not be powered by Snapdragon 660 processor, it may be more powerful by Helio P25 processor, same as that of Meizu Pro 7. But according to previous news, it will offer dual rear camera, 16MP+5MP, built in 4,000mAh battery. 
How about its price? It is said that Redmi Note 5 3GB+16GB version will sell at 999 yuan, $150, but 3GB+32GB version at 1,299 yuan, $200, and 4GB+64GB version at 1,699 yuan, $250, if it was the upgraded version of Redmi Pro, will you have a try?
