Today, Xiaomi,’s sub-brand SMATE unveiled the new Little Steel Shark razor with a cylindrical shape and a very compact size, priced at 149 yuan ($ 22). The new Xiaomi SMATE Little Steel Shark Razor (model ST-R102C) has functions and features such as an intelligent color screen, automatic acceleration, all-metal body construction, flexible stainless steel knife mesh, and Type-C universal interface.
Its six-bladed blade features a bionic design and is made of high-quality ECM precision machined steel that rivals shark teeth, hence the name “Little Steel Shark”. The Little Steel Shark has an all-metal case with a brushed finish. The case weighs about 122 grams and is very lightweight and suitable for everyday wear. The product is available in black, green, and gray.
“Little steel shark” has only one composite switch button, short press to start or shut down, long press for 3 seconds to lock, then the corresponding instructions will appear on the screen. With a color LCD screen, users can more intuitively understand the workflow and see reminders for cleaning, low battery, charging, and more.
In addition, thanks to its IPX7 certification we can use it under the shower or even wash it directly with water since it has protection against the penetration of water inside.
Xiaomi SMATE Little Steel Shark Razor’s unique intelligent AI acceleration feature automatically accelerates when the razor hits thick, long bristles. At the bottom of the shaver is the TYPE-C interface. It only takes about an hour to fully charge. If you shave for two minutes a day, the shaver will last about 30 days.
