Previously, there were a lot of rumors as well as leaked images of the design of the next iPhone SE, which many think will be named iPhone SE 2. However, soon after the launch of the new iPhone trio, rumors about iPhone SE 2 suddenly “shut up quietly”. And just yesterday, a news site again posted new renderings of the iPhone SE 2, revealing an extremely beautiful design of this device.
However, it must be said beforehand that the images below are probably conceptual versions that will most likely never come true. And Apple also has no reason to launch such a product in the future, at least in the near future.
As we can see, the iPhone SE 2 will inherit the “Notch” screen overflowing with new generations of iPhone X and XS, with the previous iPhone 5 / 5S / SE blending design with iPhone XS. The device will be as compact as a regular iPhone 8, instead of as big as an iPhone 8 Plus.
Perhaps it must be acknowledged that if Apple brought the overflow design onto a tiny iPhone like the iPhone SE 2 with square edges, it would probably be one of the most beautiful iPhones available today.
Like the new iPhone generations, the iPhone SE 2 will have a glass back cover to support wireless charging. And with the iPhone SE line in the high-end segment, similar to the iPhone XR, Apple will also cut some features on the SE 2 iPhone like 3D Touch, TrueTone screen and dual camera on the back.
Apple since September last year also stopped selling the iPhone SE officially after nearly three years of launch. This move by Apple has surprised many users, especially when CEO Tim Cook previously revealed that the iPhone SE is one of the most popular and popular iPhones to date. With a compact design but still possessing a strong configuration, while being branded Apple, iPhone SE is really a smartphone that is “easy to get” the most users.
And although Apple did not officially announce the “fate” of the iPhone SE series, we can be quite sure that the manufacturer has officially declared this product line. In an era where smartphone devices are gradually getting bigger, the iPhone SE is one of the “lifesaving” options for anyone who likes and wants to use a device with a small screen.
