The upper part of the Newwear Q20 housing is metal. In the description of the manufacturer indicated the steel, but rather it is some kind of aluminum alloy, very lightweight watch. The weight of the gadget is only 45 grams and it is almost imperceptible on the hand. An optical heart rate sensor and charging contacts can be seen on the bottom of the plastic housing. The diameter of the case is 42 mm and its thickness is almost 12 mm. The water protection complies with IP67 (do not swim).

There are no buttons on the case, so you can only switch between the functions using the touch button at the bottom of the screen. The case has a round shape and the screen is square, but thanks to the dark interface it is not evident. It is a 1.22-inch IPS panel with a resolution of 240*240 pixels.
Indoors and in the shade the readability of the screen is good, but in bright sunlight, it falls down a lot and that would see something to shade it even at the highest level of brightness. The bracelet is controlled using the touch button. Toggling between menu items is a short touch, selection and return is a long press.
