Rumors about Xiaomi‘s next flagships have already begun. According to the latest filtration from China, the Mi 10 series will include Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 865 processor and offer 5G support. The new series will include the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro models. With the exception of the processor, the equipment will differ in screen size, camera characteristics, RAM and battery capacity.
Today, Sudhanshu Ambhore broke the news on the social networking site that Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro phones will be launched at the same time. It is understood that the Mi 9 was launched in the first half of 2019, and the Mi 9 Pro 5G was officially launched in September 2019.
According to information leaked from China, the normal Mi 10 will have a 6.5-inch OLED display and, like the latest OnePlus devices, it will offer a refresh rate of 90 Hz. However, we don’t know if the display will have a notch. In the photography section, you will have a configuration of four cameras on the back. The configuration is likely to include a main camera with a Sony IMX686 sensor, an ultra-wide 20MP camera, a 12MP telephoto camera, and a 5MP macro camera.
The Xiaomi Mi 10 will feature the next Snapdragon 865 chip and will be available in three variants. In the 8GB model of RAM, there will be 128GB and 256GB options, and in the 12GB model of RAM, there will be 256GB of storage. The phone will have a 4500mAh battery with 40W fast charge support. The phone will also support 30 W wireless charging. The phone may also have reverse charging capability.
The last leak does not reveal much about the Mi 10 Pro. However, it is very likely that it has a larger OLED screen than the normal Mi 10. As for photography, the Mi 10 Pro will also have a quad camera. However, it will have a primary sensor of 108MP and a lens of 48MP. Apart from that, it will have a 12MP and 8MP lens.
The three variants of Mi 10 Pro will have 12GB of RAM and you can choose between 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB of internal storage. The Mi 10 Pro is likely to come with a 4500mAh battery with a 66W fast charge. The wireless charging will reach a maximum of 40W.
All variants of the Xiaomi Mi 10 are expected to be priced less than 3999 yuan (US$574). The base model of the Mi 10 Pro will cost 3700 yuan ($US531), while the one with 256GB of storage will cost 4099 yuan (US$588) and the 512GB of storage will cost 4499 yuan (US$646).
