The information comes from the source code in Android 11 Developer Preview 4, which seems to suggest that the Pixel 5 and 5 XL will come with the chipset. The code name of the chip in the Pixel 5 is “G7250” which is expected. It is likely the name of the Snapdragon 765 chip that Google employees call themselves within the team.
