According to a teaser published by Xiaomi, the upcoming Mi Pad 5 will support pencil use, this is likely to be the Xiaomi Smart Pen.
According to preliminary information, the Mi Pad 5 series of tablets will include three devices at once. The basic version of the gadget will get a 120-hertz 2K display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 processor, as well as a 12-megapixel main camera and support for 33-watt fast charging.
The second modification of the Mi Pad 5 is rumored to be equipped with a Snapdragon 870 chip, a 10.95-inch 2K display, a 48-megapixel camera, and an 8720mAh battery with support for 67W power supplies. The third model is credited with almost identical characteristics and support for 5G networks.
As for the stylus, in addition to its demonstration on the teaser, the information provided by the FCC regulator appeared on the network. The accessory called Xiaomi Smart Pen has been certified under the code number M2107K81PC. The documentation contains a schematic representation of the device, which allows you to estimate its dimensions.
The Chinese company has prepared a lot of new devices for the premiere on August 10. In addition to the Mi Pad 5 models, the manufacturer has already promised to present the flagship smartphone Mi MIX 4 with a selfie camera hidden under the display, as well as a second-generation smart TV with an OLED display and a new “smart column” of the Hi-End class.
