The Mi Pad 5 is a tablet of Xiaomi that has been appearing in leaks for a long time. Its premiere is close and will take place next week with the Mix 4 smartphone. The producer is already heating up the atmosphere before the debut and has published new teasers. Today, the company shared another teaser, which presenting the packaging of Xiaomi Mi Pad 5.
Judging from the preheating poster, the packaging box is very thin and light, with a black and white design. Printed on the front of the gold Xiaomi brand new Logo and product name. Among them, the black packaging box is expected to be the high-end version of the Mi Pad 5 series.
It is worth mentioning that from such a thin and light packaging box, it seems that the Mi Pad 5 series is going to take the Mi 11 environmental protection line, that is, the package does not contain a charger.
Besides, the Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 tablet will get a screen that will allow you to work with a stylus. It will be a 10.9-inch display with 2K resolution to present the image at 120 Hz. Then we have a dedicated keyboard.
The earlier official teaser also revealed an antenna tape line, suggesting that it will have a metal case and even LTE / 5G support for one of the models (likely the Mi Pad 5 Pro). The tablet’s screen is also shown with rounded corners. Previous unofficial teasers for the Mi Pad 5 series revealed a dual-camera setup on the back.
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 series is rumored to be launched in three models: Mi Pad 5 Lite, Mi Pad 5, and Mi Pad 5 Pro. The three models will each have a 10.9 ″ IPS LCD screen, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz. The Mi Pad 5 Lite is the smallest model in the series and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 860 chipset, while the Mi Pad 5 and Mi Pad 5 Pro will have the higher-level Snapdragon 870 chipset.
