According to 072Info on July 4th, Philip Morris International (PMI) has launched the IQOS ILUMA series in Bosnia and Herzegovina (hereinafter referred to as “Bosnia and Herzegovina”), including IQOS ILUMA PRIME, IQOS ILUMA and IQOS ILUMA ONE.
The IQOS ILUMA series adopts SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEMTM technology, eliminating the need for heated tobacco and catering to consumers’ diverse preferences in various designs.
Ivan Trizno, the general manager of Philip Morris International Bosnia and Herzegovina, said that for over a decade, the company has been committed to developing and scientifically evaluating smokeless products to provide better choices based on science and technology. With the launch of the latest IQOS ILUMA, the company hopes to continue expanding its user base.

The latest device is equipped with a touchscreen, allowing users to conveniently view usage information. The pause mode and FlexBattery function of IQOS ILUMA allow users to customize battery usage and experience.
It is reported that since 2008, Philip Morris International has invested over 14 billion US dollars in the research and development, scientific certification and sales of innovative smokeless products, with the goal of gradually phasing out cigarette sales. The company currently offers smokeless products in 95 markets worldwide and estimates that it will have 38.6 million users by the end of 2024. Smokeless products still accounted for 42% of the company’s total net revenue in the first quarter of 2025.
