On September 17th, Igeekphone reported that today, digital blogger “Digital Chat Station” revealed some cutting-edge information about the iPhone 18 Pro series.
The blogger stated that the iPhone 18 Pro series has been sample-made. It will maintain the horizontal large matrix Deco design, with the arrangement and layout of the triple camera lenses remaining unchanged. However, the back cover’s spliced glass will have a slightly transparent design, and it will be equipped with a stainless steel VC vapor chamber.
In terms of size, the iPhone 18 Pro series continues the previous 6.3-inch and 6.9-inch specifications.
The blogger also mentioned that the screen form of the new device might be worth looking forward to.

Some netizens commented, “It’s said that there won’t be a standard version for the next generation. 17 is just toothpaste that has been squeezed for two years in one year.” The blogger replied, “Yes, there is. Currently, the production line planning even includes 18E, but the standard version of 18 might be delayed.”
Regarding the question of whether the back screen of an iPhone can be seen within the fifth generation, the blogger said, “I haven’t heard of this plan yet.”
It is understood that in August this year, there were reports that the iPhone 18 series would do away with the camera button design.
Subsequently, the blogger “Instant Digital” refuted the rumor, stating that the pressure-sensing module of the iPhone 18 series is currently in normal trial production and sampling. However, to reduce costs, pure pressure-sensing is being used to replace the current capacitor + pressure-sensing solution.
It is reported that the capacitor + pressure-sensitive solution is costly, and the after-sales maintenance price is also not low. Moreover, Apple’s smart and visual AI functions have not been launched, making it difficult to reflect the value of the buttons, which has further intensified Apple’s internal cost pressure.
