Igeekphone News, November 4th: Today, the blogger Digital Chat Station released the first line drawing of the HONOR 500 series. The new device adopts a brand-new design and is very similar to the iPhone Air overall.
The back adopts a brand-new horizontal track DECO, with an extremely thin and light body. The front features a large R-corner straight screen.
The blogger also revealed that this appearance is the standard version of the HONOR 500. The HONOR 500 Pro also adopts a similar solution, but the rear camera has been upgraded to three.

It is learned that the HONOR 500 series has been approved for network access some time ago. Two models, HONOR 500 and HONOR 500 Pro, will be launched simultaneously. Their models are MEP-AN00 and MEY-AN00 respectively, and the code names are Merry and MerryP.
It is reported that the HONOR 500 series will be available in four colors: black, silver, pink and blue. It will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series processor, a 200-megapixel rear camera, a larger capacity Qinghai Lake battery, and a comprehensive upgrade in quality. The entire series will support 80W wired fast charging.
Given that this device has achieved a 200-megapixel lens with a thin and light body, it is expected that the sensor is likely to be Samsung’s latest HP5, with a size of 1/1.56 inches, compatible with the telephoto/wide-angle lens modules of mobile phones, and its volume is 18% smaller than that of similar 200-megapixel sensors.
It is reported that the previous generation of Honor 400 series was a huge success upon its launch. Just one month after its release, the global cumulative activation volume of Honor 400 series exceeded one million units, breaking the record for the fastest activation volume of Honor mobile phones to exceed one million in the past three years.
In the 2.5K-4K price range, the Honor 400 series has claimed the top spot in the first sales of new products during the 618 period and even since the beginning of 2025. This series has also been well-received overseas, with its initial sales reaching 2 to 3 times that of its predecessor, demonstrating an outstanding performance.
